At Top of the World we pride ourselves in providing a staff that is nurturing, caring and above all LOVES children!!
We carefully select our teachers. We want only the best to care for your little one. All teachers must submit a criminal history background check, must be CPR and 1st Aid certified and must receive training regularly to keep them up to speed on every area of early childhood development. Their training sources include professional development seminars, online training through qualified training sources as well as in-house staff development workshops. Our teachers attend monthly staff meetings where they are able to share ideas and goals helping to created a strong team environment. We provide them with all the tools necessary to teach and care for every age and stage of children enrolled in our program. |
